Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away

Gilted Fans we had an opportunity to pick Apples right from our farm this year. So when you get that opportunity what do you do??? You make apple wine of course. It has a sweet taste and the wonderful smell of apples. It is a light crispy white wine that has this great golden color in the glass. Can not wait for it to be done to see what the final taste is like.
