Hey all. We have been hard at work with our fruits wines... strawberry and blueberry are rich in color and have great taste. Our Merlot just got done oaking in a small batch; which has a bold flavor... We also have one that will be un-oaked! what decisions we will have! On a sweeter note we started another round of Moscato with is staple favorite! More to come as we start to bottle and label!
