Well we have been busy this past week... we started our signature Moscato! We also started our Malbec which is sweet to smell and tart to taste. The Malbec should finish slightly dry and with aromas of blackberry. We also bottled our Cherry Mash Up which is a sweet cherry wine aged in a bourbon barrel giving off vanilla and chocolate notes; Best served chilled.
