Hi everyone so sorry for being absent on the blog... We have been working on developing and bottling our wine. We just finished our Blueberry and Sable wine this evening. We currently have more Riesling going (which has been a family and friend favorite). We are working to get things ready for next fall and hope everyone is excited as we are. Looking forward to bringing 12 different and true to the grape and fruit wines. We have decided to be pure to the taste... Meaning we are using only one type of grape in all our wines. We are currently working hard to bring a true grape taste without blending for flavors.
