I know I have not blogged in while. But things have been slow moving. We finally have our first draft of Blueprints we are reviewing. It's exciting to see our vision come together on paper. We have started to review finishings and what the tasting room will look like. As we finalize the blueprints and pull the permit we will start to document along the way.
